For week 1 of our somatic journey we will come to recognise and sense the 3 main states of the nervous system and learn the ancient, ancestral and innate mammalian practice to regulate our nervous system back home to embodied presence with the now moment where we feel safe, easy and connected with life.

Through this recognition and practice we will come to recognise the nature of trauma learn the common thread & need between all traumas.

This regulated state will be referred to as the safe inner foundation.

Anchoring your safe foundation. (guided practice.)

For week 2 of our somatic journey we will engage in a shared guided practice to deeply anchor into the safe inner foundation. Through engaging in this practice for over one hour you will create a healthy re-patterning of the nervous system through neuro-somatic plasticity and make access to the safe inner foundation more efficient and available to you throughout your our practices, days and life.

For week 3 of our somatic journey we will learn the direct route back to the source of your nature which is source consciousness/energy accessible through the purity of awareness itself. To access this source energy we have to become aware of any traumatised identities we might be unconsciously inhabiting in through methods of inquiry and awakening.

This source energy is the ultimate healer and facilitator in your journey to somatic healing, embodiment and sovereignty.

For week 4 of our somatic journey we will engage in a shared, guided practice to anchor your source energy through your somatic experience into your safe inner foundation. Through engaging with this practice for over one hour your somatic experience will wake into a beautiful and calm aliveness and there will be a healthy re-patterning of your living system through the meridians, central energy column and nervous system via neuro-somatic plasticity.

For week 5 of our somatic journey we will discover the innate, mammalian medicines of your body and somatic experience. We will learn the primary healing principle, the somatic languages of feeling, sensation & emergence and how to safely and successfully facilitate your own self-healing.

Engaging in successful somatic self healing. (guided practice).

For week 6 of our somatic journey we will engage in a shared, guided practice using the innate somatic medicines. We will hold a supportive field together for focussed, safe and successful self healing practice with a sharing space at the end. Practicing together is a way of anchoring in the innate somatic medicine skillsets.

The workshop will be between 2 & 3 hours and there will be an open ended QnA & Sharing space at the end of this workshop.
